Returns Accepted on
Tools and Accessories Only
Please check all merchandise
received for errors in shipping or for damage.
Claims must be reported
within 5 days after receipt of goods by phone or email.
We only accept returns
on damaged or defective items and we will replace them.
Items shipped in error
can be exchanged for the correct item(s) or for a full refund.
Refunds will only be issued
upon our receipt of the items.
When making a claim,

Once we receive this information,
and the return is authorized, we will immediately send you a return authorization
label.
